SinonTech was founded in 2012 with a simple mission: make IT work for businesses, not against them. We started as a managed service provider, helping organisations of all sizes get the most from their technology without the overhead of building an in-house IT team.
Over time, we noticed that the security tools available to our clients required surrendering their data to third-party clouds. That did not sit right with us, so we started building our own.
Today, SinonTech is both a managed service provider and a security software company. We deliver six core IT services and build six self-hosted security platforms, all designed to give organisations full control over their data and infrastructure.

Co-Founder
Marcin is a cybersecurity architect with 15 years securing enterprise and government infrastructure across defence, financial services, and the public sector. He holds an MSc in Computing and Security from King's College London and specialises in security architecture, detection engineering, and the Microsoft Security stack (Sentinel, Defender XDR, and the M365 E5 suite), working to MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and ISO 27001. His programmes have cut SOC and vulnerability-management overheads by 30–70% for major public- and private-sector organisations. At SinonTech he leads the technical direction of the product suite and the security engineering behind every client engagement.

Dahema is a cyber and threat-intelligence leader with experience across defence, financial services, and the public sector. Dahema works on the strategic side of security: threat intelligence, governance, risk and compliance, and the policies, procedures, and frameworks that turn technology into a working security programme. This spans security strategy, client engagement, audit and accreditation readiness, and the operational leadership that keeps work aligned to standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST. At SinonTech, Dahema shapes the intelligence and governance direction behind every engagement and the company's relationships with its clients.
